Contracts must be paid in full by November 1st. Snow will be removed from your driveway every snow fall, as necessary, throughout the contract season. Snow removal begins when there is at least 2” of snow & the county roads have been plowed. Plowing driveways with less than 2” can cause unnecessary wear & tear. Snow removal does not mean to the bare pavement & icy conditions can still exist after services are rendered. Driveways will be cleared providing space for either two cars wide or two cars deep.

Damage to trees, walkways, garbage cans and or garbage can holders, decks, stairways, blacktop, gravel, dirt, rocks, retaining wall, culvert pipe, outside structures or any items covered by snow and not visible to the driver. Mark your driveway with snow stakes and have your lot & unit numbers clearly visible to the driver. Please be sure the driveway is clear of any obstacles.
PLEASE POST LOT & UNIT NUMBER, ADDRESS AND OR NAME IN A VISIBLE PLACE FOR THE DRIVER TO SEE. ALL OBSTACLES MUST BE CLEARED FROM DRIVEWAY.
